Biography
I’ve had the opportunity to work for Amazon on two different occasions. First in the late 90’s where I was in Customer Service with the Investigations team, working with inappropriate and unauthorized listings and sellers to bring them into compliance with Amazon policies, and most recently from 2011-2014 in the Product Safety and Compliance department, deep diving on safety complaints and regulatory compliance.
Currently I am the Amazon Consultant in charge of managing our clients’ customer relations and communications with their customers. It is in this capacity that I hope to address attendees at SCOE; helping them understand the importance of strong, deliberate, caring customer service and how attention to this detail reflects on each seller’s reputation with Amazon.
